Standing by the Mushrikeen, supporting them and helping them against the Muslims (so that they will be the prevalent ones) is Kufr. Allaah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) says (what means): "And he amongst you who take them as friends (WHOLEHEARTEDLY), then surely he is one of them." (Qur'an 5: 51)
3:149. O you who believe! If you obey those who disbelieve, they will send you back on your heels, and you will turn back (from Faith) as losers.[]
150. Nay, Allâh is your Maulâ (Patron, Lord, Helper and Protector, etc.), and He is the Best of helpers
2:204. And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you (O Muhammad SAW), in this worldly life, and he calls Allâh to witness as to that which is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponents.
“And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can. And whosoever of you turns back from his religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein forever”[al-Baqarah 2:217]
“O you who believe, take not into your intimacy, those outside your ranks, they will not fail to corrupt you, they only desire your ruin. Rank hatred has already appeared from their mouths and what their hearts conceal is far worse. We have made plain to you the signs if you have wisdom”3:118

Abdullah Ibn Omar said: "Whoever settles amongst the disbelievers, celebrates their feasts and joins in their revelry and dies in their midst will likewise be raised to stand with them on the Day of Resurrection[Ibn Taymiyyah said in his book: “Iqtidha’ as-Sifat alMustaqeem”, p.200, that the chain of narration of this Hadith is Sahih.]
First of all we should remember that it is forbidden to travel to the lands of the mushrikeen or lands where there is a great deal of corruption and promiscuity. The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I disavow myself of every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen.” They said: “O Messenger of Allaah, why?” He said: “They should not be able to see one another’s fires.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1604; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.
The narration means that they are not allowed to live at the distance from where they could see each other's fire at night. According to the great majority of Muslim scholars 4:97 When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls they say: "In what (plight) were ye?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (from evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell what an evil refuge!
98 Except those who are (really) weak and oppressed men women and children who have no means in their power nor (a guide-post) to direct their way.
99 For these there is hope that Allah will forgive: for Allah doth blot out (sins) and forgive again and again.
100 He who forsakes his home in the cause of Allah finds in the earth many a refuge wide and spacious: should he die as a refugee from home for Allah and his Apostle his reward becomes due and sure with Allah: and Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.
Those who may remain among the disbelievers without impediment, those who are openly able -to proclaim their religion and dissociate themselves from disbelief. When they are able, they clearly disassociate themselves from the disbelievers and tell them openly that they are far from truth, and that they are wrong. This is what is known as 'Izhar ad-Din' or 'assertion of Islam'. This is what exonerates a person from the obligation to emigrate.
Treaty of broken since there is no assurance of security
8:58. If you (O Muhammad SAW) fear treachery from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allâh likes not the treacherous.

ibn Abil-‘Izz al-Hanafi states on this issue: “And as for obeying the Rulers, even if they commit oppression, then this is because the evils and harms that arise on account of rebelling against them are numerous times more than that which occurs as a result of the oppression of the Rulers themselves. Rather, in having patience over their oppression there is expiation of sins, and a multiplication of the reward. For Allah did not empower them over us, except due to the corruption in our actions, and the recompense for an action is its like (al-jazaa’u min jins al-’amal).” Thus if we don’t like our rulers, then we should look into the mirror to see what we don’t like in our own selves!
This obeying is obeying muslim rulers not non-muslims rulers,if they cause trouble then the treaty breaks
2:216 Fighting is prescribed for you and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth and ye know not.
(9:123)O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him). (At-Taubah )
Prayers (Salat) Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 8 :: Hadith 387 Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."
8:73. And those who disbelieve are allies to one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allâh's Religion of Islâmic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).
4: 75. And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh, and for those weak, ill treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help."
4: 84. Then fight (O Muhammad SAW) in the Cause of Allâh, you are not tasked (held responsible) except for yourself, and incite the believers (to fight along with you), it may be that Allâh will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers. And Allâh is Stronger in Might and Stronger in punishing.
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 267 Narrated byHakim ibn Umayr
A man asked Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) about evil. Whereupon he said: Don't ask me about evil but ask me about good. He repeated this thrice after which he said: Behold, the worst beings are the wicked among the learned ones and the best are the virtuous among the learned.

Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 269 Narrated byZiyad ibn Hudayr
Umar said to me: Do you know what demolishes Islam? I said: No. Whereupon he said: It is the slip of a scholar and the dispute of the hypocrite by the Book, and the commands of the misguided rulers which demolish it.

Prayers (Salat) Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 8 :: Hadith 446 Narrated 'Aisha:
Barira came to seek my help regarding her manumission. I told herself you like I would pay your price to your masters but your Al-Wala(1) would be for me." Her masters said, "If you like, you can pay what remains (of the price of her manumission), (Sufyan the sub-narrator once said), or if you like you can manumit her, but her (inheritance) Al-Wala would be for us. "When Allah's Apostle came, I spoke to him about it. He said, "Buy her and manumit her. No doubt Al-Wala(1) is for the manumitted." Then Allah's Apostle stood on the pulpit (or Allah's Apostle ascended the pulpit as Sufyan once said), and said, "What about some people who impose conditions which are not present in Allah's Book (Laws)? Whoever imposes conditions which are not in Allah's Book (Laws), his conditions will be invalid even if he imposed them a hundred times."
Ibn Abbass narrated that Rasulullah (SAAWS) said: Whoever lives the life of a Bedouin becomes coarse. And whoever occupies himself with hunting becomes heedless and whoever visits the rulers falls into fitnah. Narrated by Abu Dawud, al Tirmithi, al Nasai, and al Bayhaqi and is agreeable.

2:214. Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Allâh?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allâh is near!

First of all ,covenant is already broken with the lack of assurance of security. Kuffar said free speech is allowed yet they dont allow teachings of Jihad to be preached.A believer who is living in kuffar land for dawah sake cannot stay in that land where he/she cannot preach Islam fully .RasulAllah salla lahu alai wa sallam was not amist the kuffar sponsoring killing of believers. Its haram for believers to sponsor[by paying taxes including voting] killing of believers.
And as to those who believed but did not emigrate (to you O Muhammad ), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate , but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, [8:72] Why do you quote this verse? You emigrated to a kafir land and expect Muslims to emigrate to your kafir land so that you'll protect them?btw, kuffar have already broken the treaty ,also you can migrate to help Muslims in Muslim land or fight disbelievers in that Kuffar land.atleast stop funding the war.
Kuffar will break the treaty and say they are investigating and what not, would you blindly agree? You must give a detail answer because its you who actually took up the issue of "covenants".You need to know the fiqh of covenants othewise how can you give half knowledge.
If scholars dont speak truth then who will speak the truth, how will people know what is right & what is wrong.Living in an enemy camp which is fighting Muslims and making haram covenants [paying takes hence funding war]why?Does Allah says to make covenants with disbelievers banning Jihad for lifetime upon oneself to preach them Islam?Covenanats were made to seek security when there were tough situation but what about covenants made in times of ease banning Jihad upon oneself for lifetime?
103:1. By Al-'Asr (the time).
2. Verily! Man is in loss,
3. Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'rûf ÇáãÚÑæÝ)which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar ÇáãäßÑ)which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd, etc.).
I heard the truthful and trusted by Allah (the Prophet ) saying, “The destruction of my followers will be through the hands of young men from Quraish.”
This hadith has been explained by the scholars, and we know that the first hereditary Khilafah/Caliphates were of Bani Umayya, then Bani Abbaas. Both these sub tribes were from the Quraish. There was a great deal amount of turmoil and oppression during the times of these two dynasties, since each tribe wanted to get the authority and the Khilafah/Caliphate of the Muslim World. They fought against each other and there were many revolutions from both parties.
"This is the state of the ummah today, we need to change it and change always in history depends on the youth, when Allah (Azza wa jal) talked about Ibrahim (AS) when he did a monumental event in his life which was the destruction of the idols, it says in Quran “We heard a young man speak about them and his name is Ibrahim” [Al Anbiya’] so he was young at the time. And the famous story of the youth of the cave, which a whole Surah is named after them, the Surah of the cave, they were youth. Rasulallah (saws), his followers, were also youth, so it is youth who always in history bear the burden of change." source-Sate of the Ummah by Sheikh Anwar al Awlaki
Excellent example in Ibrahim alai salaam
60:4. Indeed there has been an excellent example for you in Ibrâhim (Abraham) and those with him, when they said to their people: "Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allâh, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and hatred for ever, until you believe in Allâh Alone," except the saying of Ibrâhim (Abraham) to his father: "Verily, I will ask for forgiveness (from Allâh) for you, but I have no power to do anything for you before Allâh ." Our Lord! In You (Alone) we put our trust, and to You (Alone) we turn in repentance, and to You (Alone) is (our) final Return,
treaty is already broken by kuffar, had the treaty not been broken even then the muslims should choose to migrate from kuffar lands to Muslim lands ,what is the point is staying in an enemy camp funding war against Muslims by paying takes & voting?
But you are condemning those speaking truth & not trying to stop through tongue.Even if you cant do that ateast dont give faulty verdicts because Muslims may believe these faulty verdicts as part of Islam
Atleast make haste for Hijrah as Jihad may become risky for Muslim living inside. But remember its not forbidden inside too. Is'nt it obligatory to get out of enemy camp?
